Join us Friday, June 28th from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM for a tour of Badger Propulsion Test Facility - just outside Madison - where Sierra Space is developing and testing liquid and hybrid rocket engines and systems using a wide variety of propellants, including small in-space propulsion and upper-stage engines. You will learn about capabilities for testing rocket engines at thrust levels from 1lbf up to 150,000lbf, where configured test cells have the option of using nitrous oxide, methane, peroxide, and other propellants.

The tour will pick-up at 8:00 am at the Monona Terrace Community & Convention Center and will drop off at 11:30 am at the same location. The tour will take approximately an hour and a half. NSMMS & CRASTE will provide bussing to and from the tour. Due to limited parking at the facility all participants must take the bus. When you sign up for the tour through your registration there will be a $10 non-refundable transportation fee to help offset transportation costs. Maximum tour size is 56. Register by June 7th.
