A block of rooms is reserved at the Aliante Station Casino + Hotel. The block is available to all NFCS attendees.

You MUST reference the block name of “NFCS” when making reservations to secure the group rate.

Cut-off date for making reservations and securing a room at the group rate:
2 July 2012.

Rate: The NFCS block rate is the prevailing area government per diem rate for 2012, $99.00 plus tax.

Rate is per room, per night, single or double occupancy. A charge of $15 will be added for each guest room over double occupancy.

No resort fee will be charged (it’s included in the group rate). You will not see a separate “resort fee” on your bill.
Resort Fee
No resort fee will be charged to NFCS attendees; it’s included in the group rate. You will not see a separate “resort fee” on your hotel bill. If a resort fee does appear on your bill, please alert the hotel immediately and ask that it be removed.
Service Charge/Housekeeping Gratuities
Porterage charges, currently $7.00 per person (round trip), and housekeeping gratuities, currently $2.00 per room per day, are waived for NFCS guests. However, for individuals requiring storage of golf clubs and/or movement to/from a golf course, a $7.00 per person porterage charge is mandatory for this service and will be applied to your room only if you request the service. You will be notified by the Resort of these charges in advance.
If you require a bag pull or storage of luggage, a $3.50 in or out ($7.00 round trip) will be applied to your room. You will be notified by the Resort of these charges in advance.
Individual Credit Card Authorization for Incidentals
The Resort requires a pre-authorization amount of $100.00 per stay (not per day) to cover incidentals. This pre-authorization will take place up-front (i.e. if you are staying 3 nights, your card will be pre-authorized for $100.00 when you check-in). Please note that if you use a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from your bank account and the funds will be automatically withdrawn upon check-in. After deducting an amount equal to the incidentals used during your stay at the Resort, any balance will be credited to your bank account upon check-out.
We strongly suggest that you DO NOT use a debit card when making your hotel reservations.
You are required to provide a credit card and one night’s room and tax as a deposit when making reservations. Guests will be responsible for payment of the one night deposit if they fail to provide a method of guarantee, are a no show or fail to cancel within the cancellation policy.
Minors
The Hotel is an entertainment/casino business governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and licensed by the State of Nevada Gaming Commission. The Group is hereby notified that it is against the law for any minor (under the age of 21) to loiter in or near any gaming area. It is also against policy for minors (under the age of 21) to be unattended in the hotel rooms. Please be advised that an adult (21 years or older) must be present at the time of check-in and throughout the entire stay. Also, the adult will be held financially responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning to the hotel room.

Make your reservation directly into the Resort’s reservation’s department. The phone number is 1-877-477-7627 or 702-692-7777. You must reference the Group’s block name of “NFCS” at the time of reservation in order to receive the Group rate. Provide a credit card and one night’s room and tax deposit and make your reservations no later than 2 July 2012.

You can make your reservations in the NFCS block by clicking on the link below. Just insert your arrival date using the calendar provided and the number of nights you plan to stay. Your rate will automatically come up at the group rate of $99.

Canceling Reservations
Individual room reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival will result in a penalty of 1 night room and tax charge.
No Show Reservations
If you don’t check in on your scheduled arrival date, you WILL BE CHARGED a no show fee in the amount of one night’s room rate.
