Poster Session & Exhibitor Technical Interchange Tabletop Exhibit Space

Tabletop exhibit space will be available for pop-up and/or tabletop displays, demos and/or literature at the Aliante Station Casino + Hotel (see exhibit hall agenda below).  Each 10’ area includes one 6’ table and space to display your organization’s backdrop and/or banner.  Tables are available on a first-come-first-served basis for a fee of $895 per table.  NFCS sponsorship opportunities are available and detailed below.  Please contact Ms. Pamela Myers at 937-476-2168, or Pamela.myers@gdit.com with sponsorship questions.

Tabletop or Pop-up Exhibit Space & Fees

The table fee is $895 for a 10’ area that includes a 6’ table and one chair.  Backdrops and/or pull-up organizational banners can be set up in the space.  Space reservations and fees are due by 3 March 2012.  The fee increases to $995 per table if the space is reserved and/or payment is received after 3 March 2012.

*Poster presenters will give a five (5) minute oral introduction describing the main focus of their poster, inviting the Technical Interchange audience to stop by their poster for a more in-depth discussion.  A Technical Interchange agenda detailing the order of oral poster introductions will be developed and forwarded to poster presenters, along with guidelines for preparing posters.

Tabletop fee includes:

  • One 6 foot draped table
  • One chair
  • One standard electrical outlet
  • Space to display organization banner and/or backdrop
  • Organization listing on website
  • Three to four sentence ad on website
  • Link from NFCS website to yours
  • Listing in the Final Program
  • Listing in the Proceedings
  • Listing on Symposium signage

Shipping charges are not included in the space fee.  Exhibitors and poster presenters will ship and/or hand-carry your materials directly to the Aliante Station Casino + Hotel to your attention.  You may incur some storage and handling fees from the hotel for receiving and storing your materials, depending on the specific details.  Complete information for shipping your materials to the hotel will be forwarded after you reserve tabletop space.
