Pricing and Registration

Dress for the symposia is business casual or uniform of the day for active duty military.

• All NSMMS & CRASTE Attendees must be U.S. born or naturalized Citizens. You will be asked to upload a proof of citizenship during the registration process.
• All NSMMS & CRASTE Attendees must be a Government or Military Employee OR for non-government attendees, have an active DD2345 certification.
• All NSMMS & CRASTE attendees must submit a photo in advance for the symposia badge as soon as possible, but no later than 11 June 2020. This should be uploaded during the registration process or emailed to Sherry Johnson, sjohnson@blue52productions.com. Your photo should be a headshot (a shoulders & up shot is best). We will crop the photo to meet the badge specifications.

NSMMS & CRASTE Participants can register at one price with unlimited access to all technical sessions, if applicable and events as described below.

Admission Item

Attendee Registration - $750
(After March 20th, price increases to $895)

(Attendee Registration gives you access to NSMMS & CRASTE technical tracks, the joint NSMMS & CRASTE exhibit hall and all functions that take place within it such as the receptions and poster session, and continental breakfast and snacks each day. Full refunds minus a $85 processing fee will be given until March 20^th, 2020. After that date, you may transfer your registration to another attendee, but no refunds will be given.)

Attendee Registration Plus- $825
(After March 20th, price increases to $970)

(Attendee Registration gives you access to NSMMS & CRASTE technical tracks, the joint NSMMS & CRASTE exhibit hall and all functions that take place within it such as the receptions and poster session, and continental breakfast and snacks each day. A copy of the symposia proceedings is included with this registration type. Full refunds minus a $85 processing fee will be given until March 20^th, 2020. After that date, you may transfer your registration to another attendee, but no refunds will be given.)

**Full-Time Student Registration - $375 (NSMMS & CRASTE Access)
(After March 20th, price increases to $450)

(You must provide proof that you are a full time undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing at time of event to be eligible for this fee. Full-Time Student Attendee Registration gives you access to all programmed events. Full refunds minus a $85 processing fee will be given until March 20^th, 2020. After that date, you may transfer your registration to another attendee, but no refunds will be given.)

**Students must be full-time college or graduate students at time of event and will need to complete the Student Verification form. Please note, in order to qualify for the University DD2345 you must be taking summer classes or working on research during the summer semester.

Exhibit Booth Option 1 - Registration - $1,295 per 10x10 booth
(After March 20th, price increases to $1,495)

(Exhibitor registration includes one 10x10 space in the joint NSMMS & CRASTE exhibit hall, and ONE full access NSMMS & CRASTE badge. Set-up and tear-down badges are free of charge, but are only good for set-up and tear-down times - no exceptions. Additional people working the booth during show hours may purchase a full access registration or an exhibit area only registration. Exhibit Booth Option 2 - Registration - $1,790 per 10x10 booth
(After March 20th, price increases to $2,120)

(For those that need an extra registration badge rolled into the booth fee. This option includes one 10x10 space in the joint NSMMS & CRASTE exhibit hall, ONE full access NSMMS & CRASTE badge, and ONE exhibit area only attendee badge. Set-up and tear-down badges are free of charge, and are only good for set-up and tear-down times - no exceptions. (Exhibit Area Only Attendee Registration gives you access to the joint NSMMS & CRASTE exhibit hall and all functions that take place within it such as the receptions and poster session. This pass does not give you access to any of the technical sessions. Full refunds minus a $85 processing fee will be given until March 20^th, 2020. After that date, you may transfer your registration to another attendee, but no refunds will be given.)

Optional Items for Purchase

NSMMS & CRASTE Proceedings - $75 each

(The proceedings include technical session presentations and posters, as well as the attendee's list and list of exhibitors. They will be mailed to those that order them approximately 4-6 weeks after the event concludes. Proceedings will be mailed to the individual listed on your DD2345 certification form, if applicable.)

Aerothermal Workshop Series DVD - $25

This is the same Aerothermal DVD that was sent out after the 2018 event.

Cryotank DVD - $25

This DVD contains approximately 100 Cryotank presentations from our 1998-2016 events.

Embroidered NSMMS & CRASTE Polos (Men's & women's sizes S-3XL available) - $30

The 2020 NSMMS Embroidered Polo is Charcoal Heather Gray and the 2020 CRASTE Embroidered Polo is Black. The deadline to order a shirt is May 22nd 2020.
