Eligibility
The National Fire Control Symposium (NFCS) will be held at the SECRET/NOFORN level. Attendees must be a U.S. citizen and possess a FINAL SECRET clearance in order to attend. Visit requests will be required.

Visit Requests – Due Date Extended to Tuesday, 3 February 2015
Visit requests for the National Fire Control Symposium (NFCS 2015) will be processed through the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS). The due date has been extended, and a copy of your visit request must be received through JPAS by close of business Tuesday, 3 February 2015.
Please ensure your security office uses the following information when inputting/processing clearances via JPAS. Items in red need to be completed as stated below when submitting clearances to Raytheon:

NFCS Badge Photo
Badges will be issued once you have met the security guidelines and have produced one of the following photo identifications on site:
- Driver's License
- U.S. Passport
- Current Government/Military ID
Symposium badges will be provided to you on-site. In order to expedite check-in and by-pass a $20 on-site badge fee, please upload a photo (headshot or similar portfolio-style picture) of yourself during the registration process. Digital photos should be JPEGs saved at 150 dpi or above.
Electronic Devices:
No electronic devices will be allowed into the classified sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, incoming and outgoing pagers or beepers, cell phones, palm pilots, blackberry, audio/visual recording devices, and photographic equipment. Briefcases, purses, and planners are also prohibited. It is recommended that you leave these items in your car or in your hotel room. If you do bring these items, Symposium coordinators will collect them before you enter the classified auditorium and you may pick them up upon exiting. The conference will not be liable for lost or damaged items.
For the unclassified sessions held at the Hilton, devices, briefcases, purses, etc. are allowed, however, we ask that you turn any electronic devices off as a courtesy to speakers and other attendees.
Notetaking:
Notetaking is prohibited in the classified sessions except in the NFCS Redbooks that will be provided on-site. When leaving the auditorium, you must turn the notebook back in to the security staff. All notebooks will be shipped to attendees working in a cleared facility with storage capability at the close of the Symposium.
Notetaking is permitted in the unclassified sessions at the Hilton in any format you wish. The conference will not provide notebooks for unclassified notetaking.
