Pricing and Registration

Online pre-registration has ended. You will still have an opportunity to register onsite, however, please note that you must still submit a visit request in advance in order to meet security requirements for attendance.

Attendee Registration - $895       
(Price includes access to special topics, plenary session, all technical sessions, technical tour, break refreshments, 3 networking receptions, and Thursday lunch.)

Active Duty Registration - $595       
(Price includes access to special topics, plenary session, all technical sessions, technical tour, break refreshments, 3 networking receptions, and Thursday lunch.)

Student Registration - $595      
(Price includes access to special topics, plenary session, all technical sessions, technical tour, break refreshments, 3 networking receptions, and Thursday lunch. Students must be full-time college or graduate students at time of event and will need to provide proof at check-in.)

Embroidered Golf Shirt - $30.   The deadline to order is January 16th , 2015.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued until November 15th, 2014 for symposium registrations only minus a $75 processing fee.  Refunds will only be credited by a check drawn on U.S. dollars.  No refunds will be given for sponsorships, program ads or for registrations after November 15th.  Registrants may transfer their registration to another attendee with no penalty.
