Group Cut-off Date for Special NFCS Rates:

The cut-off date for making reservations in the NFCS block and receiving the special rates is Monday, July 12, 2010.
The hotel’s check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.  There is a 48-Hour Cancellation Policy for all hotel reservations.  Please note that there is a $75.00 charge for all early departures.
