Pricing and Registration
Attendee Registration - $795
(This fee includes access to HPLA/DE technical sessions, the evening poster session functions and the Wednesday evening group dinner. The cost for dinner is included in the registration fee for attendees only. Attendees may purchase tickets to bring a guest to the dinner.)

**Students must be full-time college or graduate students at time of event and will need to provide proof at check-in. Retirees must be full- time retiree, not working part time to qualify for the retiree rate.
Tabletop Exhibit – $750
(Each Tabletop Exhibit includes 1-6’ Table and 2 chairs. All participants supporting the exhibit must register separately and pay the registration fee. Set-up and tear-down badges will be given at no charge, but access for these badges is only during set-up and tear-down times – no exceptions.)
Space Launch Workshop – $100
This half-day workshop will create a strategic roadmap to commercialize microwave or laser propulsion for space launches. The fee covers attendance at the workshop only – you must be a registered attendee of HPLA to attend.
Restricted DE Meeting - $150
This restricted meeting will run in parallel to the HPLA/DE conference and is open to U.S. persons with Military Critical Certifications. This fee covers the restricted meeting only which will run approximately one and a half days.
Wednesday Evening Guest Dinner Ticket - $70
This ticket is for guests of attendees only. The attendee’s ticket is included in the registration fee and does not need to be purchased seperately.)
Proceedings DVD - $50
Proceedings will be available to all registrants who order them. Restricted session presentations and papers will not be published on this volume.
Onsite Photos - $20
Payment Instructions
We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover) and check payments.
Credit Card Payment (with PayPal) We only use the PayPal service to process credit card payments online – you do not need to have or create a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued until 4 January 2016 for attendee registrations only minus a $75 processing fee. Refunds will only be credited by a check drawn on U.S. dollars. No refunds will be given for tabletop exhibits, sponsorship, program ads or for registrations after 4 January 2016. Registrants may transfer their paid registration to another attendee with no penalty. |
