Pricing and Registration

All NSMMS & CRASTE Attendees must be U.S. born or naturalized citizens. You will be asked to upload a proof of citizenship during the registration process.
All NSMMS & CRASTE Attendees must be a Federal Employee/Civil Servant or Military Employee OR for non-government attendees, have an active DD2345 certification.
By completing registration, you are certifying that you have read through and agree to the security policy. You also agree that you understand you have a personal responsibility to protect the ITAR and military critical data discussed and presented at these symposia. Your registration and security approval is for your participation only. The online technical sessions should be watched in private, not shared with colleagues, or be viewed in an area where others may hear or see the content due to its CUI nature.

Attendee Registration - $550

This registration includes access to all presentations live streamed Monday, 21 June through Friday, 25 June.

Attendee Registration PLUS Proceedings - $625

This registration includes access to all presentations live streamed Monday, 21 June through Friday, 25 June. Additionally, this registration includes the symposia proceedings that will be sent out 4-6 weeks after the event.

Student Registration - $295

This registration is for full time This registration includes access to all presentations live streamed Monday, 21 June through Friday, 25 June. You must provide proof that you are a full time undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing at time of event to be eligible for this fee.

**Students must be full-time college or graduate students at time of event and will need to complete the Student Verification form. Please note, in order to qualify for the University DD2345 you must be taking summer classes or working on research during the summer semester.

Optional Items for Purchase

NSMMS & CRASTE Proceedings - $75 each

The proceedings include technical session presentations and posters, as well as the list of exhibitors. They will be mailed to those that order them approximately 4-6 weeks after the event concludes. Proceedings will be mailed to the individual listed on your DD2345 certification form, if applicable.

Aerothermal DVD, 2020 Revision - $25

The Aerothermal DVD contains the original Aerothermal Workshop presentations from 2009 & 2011 plus bonus content from 2017 - 2020, and an updated overview brief.

Cryotank DVD - $50

The Cryotank DVD contains a collection of over 100 Cryotank presentations from NSMMS events between 1998 through 2019.

Ceramic Matrix Composites (CMC) DVD - $75

The Ceramic Matrix Composites (CMC) DVD contains a collection of 22 years of CMC related briefings given at NSMMS for events between 1998 through 2019.

Embroidered NSMMS & CRASTE Polos (Men's & women's sizes S-4XL available) - $35

The 2021 NSMMS Embroidered Polo is Strong Blue and the 2021 CRASTE Embroidered Polo is Cool Gray. Shirts will list the date of the conference under the logo and where the location would normally be listed, it will say Virtual. The deadline to order a shirt is 21 May 2021.

Payment Instructions:

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover) and check payments.

Credit Card Payment (with PayPal): We only use the PayPal service to process credit card payments online - you do not need to have or create a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued until April 16^th, 2021 for attendee registrations only minus a $85 processing fee. After this date, no refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your paid registration to a new attendee with no penalty. No refunds will be given for program ads or sponsorships.
