Networking & Side Meeting Rooms
In order to maximize your ability to network and meet with your colleagues, we have side meeting rooms available throughout the week for your use at NO COST based on availability. These rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. If audio visual equipment or catering is needed, you are responsible for arranging and paying for these items. To reserve a room, send an email to Amy Voisard at avoisard@blue52productions.com and provide the following information:
- Name of Meeting
- Point of Contact (POC)
- POC Phone & Email
- Day Preference (Rooms are available Mon - Thurs of the Symposium)
- Start and End Time
- Anticipated Number of Attendees
- Preferable Room Set (U-Shape, Boardroom, Classroom, Rounds, Theatre)
