The ICT 2017 proceedings will again be published as a special issue of the Journal of Electronic Materials(JEM). Manuscripts for the ICT 2017 proceedings special issue of Journal of Electronic Materials will be evaluated according to the same high standards as would be applied to an article for a regular issue of the journal. Authors are encouraged to read carefully and comply with the "Instructions for Authors" on the Journal of Electronic Materials website. In particular, we emphasize that submission of a manuscript implies that the work described has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
The deadline for the submission of manuscripts is July 30, 2017. Manuscripts submitted after this deadline will not be considered for the special issue; however late papers may still be considered for publication in a regular issue of the journal. The conference also has best paper awards, announced at the conference. Best paper awardees will be selected from manuscripts submitted by the best paper award deadline of June 30, 2017.
JEM has no limitations on the number of pages for their regularly published papers, and their submission system has no way of enforcing a limit for this special issue. Thus, there is no page limit for the ICT 2017 special issue. However, limiting your submission to 4 typeset pages as they appear in the journal is traditional for the ICT conferences and is recommended in order to keep the proceedings to a reasonable size. We encourage authors to follow this guideline, and to use their own best judgment when writing their paper.
Please read the instructions for authors before submitting your manuscript.
