This registration type is intended specifically for individuals selected to present at the event. Note that co-authors do not qualify for the speaker rate and must register as attendees. Price includes technical sessions, morning coffee, conference lunch (Monday) and break refreshments.
Mailed approximately 4-6 weeks after the event concludes. The disc will contain the final attendee's list and technical presentations.
We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover) and check payments.
Credit Card Payment (with PayPal):We only use the PayPal service to process credit card payments online - you do not need to have or create a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card. Please note your bank statement will list “PAYPAL *BLUE52 PROD” as the vendor.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be issued until 22 July 2018 for attendee registrations only minus a $75 processing fee. After this date, registrants may transfer their paid registration to another attendee with no penalty or additional fees. No refunds will be given for sponsorship or program ads.
