Classified Discussions

In order to maximize your ability to network and meet with your colleagues, we have a side meeting room available for classified meetings throughout the week for your use at NO COST based on availability. This room will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. There will be no electronics allowed in this room. To reserve a room, send an email to Erin Foster at efoster@blue52productions.com and provide the following information:

• Name of Meeting (UNCLASSIFED)
  
• Point of Contact (POC)
  
• POC Phone & Email
  
• Day Preference (A room is available Mon - Thurs of the Symposium. Please note that the room is not available during the Plenary Session on Tuesday.)
  
• Start and End Time
  
• Anticipated Number of Attendees (Limit of 10)
  
• **Please limit use of this room to classified meetings and use the Food & Networking Tent for unclassified discussions and side meetings.**

Unclassified Discussions

No advance sign-up is needed for this. There is a Food & Networking Tent for HTSC next to the APC. Within this tent are round tables that seat up to 10 people each scattered throughout the tent. You are free to use these at any time throughout the week for side meetings, but please note that uncleared food service personnel will be in and out of the tent and full and open discussions only should take place in the tent.
