Symposium Attire

Dress for the 2009 NFCS is business casual and uniform of the day.

Transportation

Between the Aliante Station Casino + Hotel and Nellis AFB, Red Flag:

Your registration fee includes transportation between the Aliante Station Casino + Hotel and Nellis Air Force Base, the Red Flag facility.  PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE AT RED FLAG FOR NFCS ATTENDEES.  So please do not plan to drive to Red Flag. 
**Shuttle busses will depart and return at the set times posted below ONLY – intermittent busses will not be available:

Shuttle busses will also be available to take you to the Officer’s Club on Thursday for lunch.

**NOTE:  On Thursday, in addition to the regular busses posted above, one small buss will be at the Aliante at 11:00 am to take you to the O’Club for lunch, just in case you missed the only bus to Nellis in the morning.  It will wait at the O’Club and take a few people back to the Aliante at 12:30 (after lunch), for those who need to leave early.

From McCarran International Airport to the Hotel:

To the Las Vegas strip from the Aliante, and back:

The hotel will provide a shuttle bus to carry a maximum of 12 people to the strip.  The bus will be available on Wednesday and Thursday evening, 5-6 August.  It will depart at 6:00 pm from the hotel lobby door and drop you off across the street from the Bellagio’s fountain.  The shuttle bus will pick you up at the same location at 10:00 pm.
