Security Information
Eligibility
The HTSC will be held at the SECRET//NOFORN level. Attendees must be U.S. citizens and possess a minimum FINAL SECRET clearances in order to attend. Visit requests for the HTSC will be processed through the Defense Information Security System (DISS). A copy of your visit request must be received through DISS by close of business Friday, 8 August 2025. If you have a clearance but are not in DISS, contact Sherry Johnson, sjohnson@blue52productions.com, for an alternate method of submission.

HTSC Badge Photo
Badges will be issued once you have met the security guidelines and have produced one of the following forms of photo identification onsite.
- Driver's License
- Current US Passport
- Current US Government/Military ID
Please email a JPG file (150 dpi minimum) of your photo for your Symposium badge to Ms. Sherry Johnson, sjohnson@blue52productions.com. This is mandatory for attendance.
Electronic Devices
No electronic devices will be allowed into the technical sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, key fobs, phones, computers, smart devices such as smart watches, and health monitoring devices such as Fitbits, Whoop and Oura ring. Electronics may be left at the HTSC electronics table, however, neither HTSC nor the event facility are liable for lost or damaged items. Turn off phones or put them into silent mode if you must leave them on the electronics table.
Onsite Bag & Padfolio Policy
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to notebooks, padfolios, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, tote bags, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags, and any bag, wallet, or wallet-like purse larger than the permissible size (4" x 5"). Wallets and wallet-like purses meeting the size requirements may be subject to search. The registration desk will not hold these prohibited items while you are attending sessions, so please plan accordingly.
2025 HTSC Notetaking Policy
Due to security policies, note-taking of any kind will not be allowed in the technical and poster sessions. We encourage you to bring business cards to facilitate networking without the use of devices or note-taking.
