If you had a reservation in one of our 5 hotel blocks, it will automatically be cancelled. Please watch for a cancellation notice from them within the next two weeks. If you do not receive one please call them to verify it was cancelled. If you booked outside of the HTSC block, please make sure to cancel your reservation.
