Eligibility

The Hypersonic Technology & Systems Conference (HTSC) will be held at the SECRET//NOFORN level. Attendees must be U.S. citizens and possess FINAL SECRET clearances in order to attend. Visit requests for the HTSC will be processed through the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS). A copy of your visit request must be received through JPAS by close of business Friday, 16 August 2019. If you have a clearance but are not in JPAS, contact Sherry Johnson sjohnson@blue52productions.com

HTSC Badges

HTSC attendees will receive an HTSC Photo badge and an NGA badge. Badges will be issued once you have met the security guidelines and have produced one of the following forms of photo identification onsite. Please note that your NGA badge will be reissued daily so you will need to bring an acceptable ID with you each day.

  1. Driver's License (Must be REAL ID compliant. Visit https://www.dhs.gov/real-id to check for your state. If your state is not compliant, please bring item #2 or #3.)
  2. Current US Passport
  3. Current US Government/Military ID

Please email a JPG file (150 dpi minimum) of your photo for your Symposium badge to Ms. Sherry Johnson, sjohnson@blue52productions.com. Photos taken onsite will incur a $20 fee. To avoid this charge, send your JPG photo file in advance or upload online when registering!

Electronic Devices

No electronic devices will be allowed into the conference venue. This includes, but is not limited to, health monitoring devices (such as FitBits and smart watches), incoming and outgoing pagers or beepers, cell phones, palm pilots, blackberry, audio/visual recording devices, and photographic equipment. Briefcases and planners are also prohibited. It is recommended that you leave these items in your car or in your hotel room. There are a limited number of lockers for small electronics, but these lockers are not in close proximity to conference space so please plan ahead.
