This conference contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and is open to U.S. Citizens Only. Due to contents containing ITAR and Military Critical Technology, admission requires the following things:

You are required to provide proof that you are a U.S. born or naturalized citizen to attend HTSC. Green Card holders will not be admitted to the event. Acceptable forms of documentation include your current U.S. passport, U.S. birth certificate, U.S. naturalization certificate or a signed letter verifying U.S. citizenship status on company letterhead signed by your security manager or HR representative. This letter does not need to contain sensitive information, but must state the method used to verify citizenship. We may also check you in DISS. As mentioned above, if you have already submitted a visit request for HTSC, you do not need to do this.
Verification that you may access CUI data is required for this event. There are two options available to you as a non-government/non-military attendee: an active DD2345 Certification or an Active Final Secret Clearance (or higher) sent via DISS to SMO 6RHV8. The DD2345 certification is issued solely by the Joint Certification Program Office (JCP). You may check now to search for your company DD2345 by visiting the JCP website. The other option is we can verify your clearance level in DISS. When you register for the conference you will see instructions for this. You may also call Sherry Johnson at 937-554-4671 for the DISS verification. As mentioned above, if you have already submitted a visit request for HTSC, you do not need to do this.
Attendees have a personal responsibility to protect the ITAR and military critical data discussed and presented at this conference. Your registration and security approval is for your participation only. The online technical sessions should be watched in private, should not be shared with colleagues, and must be viewed in an area where others may not hear or see the content due to its CUI nature. Headsets are encouraged.
