Attendee Early Bird Registration - $725

(After 1/19/18 price will go up to $850. This fee includes access to HPLA technical sessions, the evening poster session functions and the Wednesday evening group dinner. The cost for dinner is included in the registration fee for attendees only. Attendees may purchase tickets to bring a guest to the dinner.)

**Student & Retiree Fee - $525

(After 1/19/18 price will go up to $650. This fee includes access to HPLA/DE technical sessions, the evening poster session functions and the Wednesday evening group dinner. The cost for dinner is included in the registration fee for attendees only. Attendees may purchase tickets to bring a guest to the dinner.)

**Students must be full-time college or graduate students at time of event and will need to provide proof at check-in. Retirees must be full- time retiree, not working part time to qualify for the retiree rate.

Tabletop Exhibit – $500

(After 1/19/18 price will go up to $750. Each Tabletop Exhibit includes 1-6’ Table and 2 chairs. All participants supporting the exhibit must register separately and pay the registration fee. Set-up and tear-down badges will be given at no charge, but access for these badges is only during set-up and tear-down times – no exceptions.)


Refunds will be issued until 19 January 2018 for conference registrations only, minus a $75.00 processing fee. No refunds will be given for tabletop exhibits, sponsorships or program ads. After 19 January 2018, registrants may transfer their paid registration to another attendee with no penalty.
